Basement/ Laundry Room Fire.

This laundry room was affected heavily after a fire started in the basement. Our production technicians started removing all large building material that was affected such as drywall and insulation. Most of the content was unsalvageable so we removed those as well and filled a dumpster. Then, technicians used a heavy degreaser to break down the smoke damage on the walls and scrubbed it several times along with power washing it. The wood joist cleaned up very nicely. After the basement was cleaned, we prepared it for "priming". We put plastic on the basement floors and painted the walls, ceiling, and crawlspace.
